Our Project
The owner of this house had some huge and amazing plans to create a fun and comfortable lifestyle, for a start they wanted a full electrical installation using our really intelligent KNX system. We used KNX devices to ensure they had full control of their home through there devices, from the lights to the curtains they can control almost everything in their home.
Smart Home Technology & BMS
For this project, we developed automated scenes that allow clients to set their homes to different modes depending on their needs. For example, outdoor lighting can be programmed to automatically turn off at midnight and switch back on at 6 p.m. This level of automation provides convenience, consistency, and improved energy efficiency, removing the need for manual adjustments.
These scenes were created using a Building Management System (BMS), which enables centralized control of a wide range of functions, including lighting, heating, room temperatures, blinds, curtains, and more. By integrating these features, clients can easily manage their home environment with greater comfort, efficiency, and flexibility.
The Cinema Room
Our client requested a bespoke basement-level cinema room, designed with the highest-quality hardware to deliver a truly immersive experience.
At ARP, we embrace challenges, so we began by studying the science behind acoustic design to ensure optimal sound performance. Careful planning went into the placement of each speaker and subwoofer, guaranteeing that every seat in the room offered the same exceptional audio experience—something that requires far more precision than most people realize.
Beyond the technical elements, we worked closely with the client to select from a range of fabrics and finishes, ensuring the space not only sounded incredible but also matched their personal style. Combined with professional soundproofing, the result was a cinema room that perfectly balanced performance and design.
To this day, the room is regularly enjoyed and continues to provide unforgettable movie-watching experiences.
