Are you F-Gas/REFCOM registered?
Yes — ARP is REFCOM registered and our engineers hold current F-Gas certification for safe refrigerant handling.
What's the difference between VRF and split systems?
VRF/VRV systems run multiple indoor units from one outdoor unit with independent zone control — better suited to larger or commercial spaces. We'll recommend the right fit during your survey.
Do you service systems you didn't install?
Yes — we service, maintain and repair most major brands, regardless of who installed them.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes — we offer annual service plans to keep your system running efficiently and your warranty valid.
How long does installation take?
Depending on system size and the number of units involved, installation can be anything from a few days on — we'll confirm a programme as part of your quote.
