Are you Texecom approved?
Yes — ARP is a Texecom Approved Installer.
Do I need a monitored alarm system?
Not always — it depends on the property, insurance requirements and how the building's used. We'll talk through monitored vs. self-monitored options during your survey.
Is fire detection a legal requirement for my building?
Most commercial premises and rented/HMO properties have a legal duty to provide adequate fire detection under fire safety legislation. We can assess what's required for your building.
Can you integrate CCTV and alarms with my smart home system?
Yes — security integrates cleanly with the KNX, Savant and Lutron systems we install, all controllable from one app.
How often does a fire alarm system need testing?
BS 5839 recommends weekly user checks and a six-monthly professional service visit — we can set up a maintenance contract to cover this.
