Electrical Installation FAQs
Are you NICEIC registered?
Yes — ARP is a NICEIC Approved Contractor, audited annually against current wiring regulations and Part P building regulations.
Do I need an EICR for my rental property?
Yes — landlords in England are legally required to have a valid Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), renewed at least every 5 years or at change of tenancy.
Do you work with developers on new build projects?
Yes — we work directly with developers, architects and main contractors from first fix through to final certification, on single plots and multi-unit developments alike.
Can you install an EV charge point at my home?
Yes — we install fully compliant home and workplace EV charge points, including load management where the supply needs it.
Will I get a certificate after the work?
Yes — every job is certified on completion, whether that's an Electrical Installation Certificate, a Minor Works Certificate or an EICR.
"ARP wired two floors of our office fit-out to a tight programme and every certificate landed on time. Finishing was very good, with attention to detail throughout the project."— Sarah, Site Manager — Main Contractor
