Which system is right for my home?
It depends on scope and budget. KNX suits whole-building integration on an open standard; Savant is strong for AV-led automation; Lutron excels at lighting control. We'll recommend the right fit at survey stage.
Can smart home systems be retrofitted into an existing house?
Yes, though new build or full renovation gives the cleanest result. We'll advise what's achievable without major disruption during a survey.
Do I need a fast internet connection?
A stable network helps with remote access and software-based features, but most core automation (lighting, blinds, climate) runs locally and doesn't depend on your internet connection.
What happens if something stops working?
We offer remote diagnostics first, with prompt on-site support where needed under your support plan.
Can I control everything from my phone?
Yes — all the systems we install include a mobile app, alongside wall-mounted keypads and touch panels for everyday use.
